Manage Your License
Look up the devices currently activated on your license key. Deactivating a device frees up an activation slot you can use on a different machine.
Heads-up — deactivating a device does not cancel your subscription. Manage billing from the support page.
How does this work?
- Each subscription includes a set number of activations — you'll see how many are in use and how many are available at the top.
- Switching to a new computer? Deactivate the device you're no longer using here, and the slot opens up right away for the new one.
- Recently activated devices need a few days before they can be deactivated. If you need to swap sooner, reach out to support and we'll help.
- After you deactivate a device, the extension on it may keep working briefly before it checks in and turns itself off — that's normal, and your new device can be activated in the meantime.
